Where jobs come from & how we earn
Job sources
Listings come from the Artha JobIndex network — an aggregated feed of employer career sites and job boards. JobNod does not write or edit listings; we select, verify against your profile, and deliver them. A listing's accuracy and availability ultimately belong to the employer who posted it.
How JobNod earns
Some listings are performance-marketed: when you click Apply and complete an application, the feed may pay JobNod a small referral fee (typically a few dollars). This is the only revenue JobNod has, and it's how the bot stays free during beta.
What that does — and doesn't — change
- You never pay anything. Not to us, not to the employer, not to apply.
- Matching is profile-first: the AI judge scores fit without seeing what a listing pays us, and a high-fee job that doesn't fit you is never sent.
- Clicks are counted without your identity attached — the feed sees "an application came via JobNod", not who you are.
Republishing
Job descriptions shown in the bot are excerpts of the original listings; the Apply button always leads to the full original posting.
